Mild cramping week before af?

Anyone experience mild cramping a week before af and gotten bfp? Had sharp sudden bad cramp 6 days ago, sore nipples, bloated, slight nauseous feeling and mild af like cramps for the past few days but no bleeding. Af not due for 4 more days. Never had cramping this far out from af. Usually just a day or 2 before she shows her ugly face. Tia

I had same cramps 5 DPO for 2 days. I am thinking it’s PMS because my breasts feel so heavy like i usually feel few days before AF.
