Okay y’all! So I am a 17 year old female and I want to lose weight kinda fast. I know it won’t all go away in one day, but I weigh as of right now nearly 170 pounds. I feel bad about myself all of the time and my goal weight is 130 but I don’t have time during the day to exercise due to school and work. I am skipping meals thinking it will help but then at the end of the day I just feel like I over eat which doesn’t help anything and I drink a lot of tea (with Splenda) and water mostly. Does anyone have any advice or tips and tricks that I can do to start me in the right direction? It will be greatly appreciated. 🙃
