Measles? Help!

Hi ladies!
I have checked his temperature several thousand times. It’s always between 36.5-36.9 degrees celsius.
But this rash is concerning me. Any thoughts?

Eczema!!!!! My son couldn’t have soap during bath time until he was 3 months before and everything had to be dye and perfume free. It most likely is the bounce dryer sheets.

How old? Has he gotten his first shots yet? Looks like an allergic reaction...could be soap, lotion, laundry detergent...

Looks like maybe baby acne.  My son had a similar rash a few weeks ago and it gradually went away on its own.
