First month TTC and need help!

This is our first month on Clomid. I took them 2-8 thru 2-12. We have been having sex frequently. Feb 16-18th I’ve woken from my sleep with cramps in my lower abdomen and vagina. No discharge, no spotting, no other symptoms. The only thing in common is the last three nights I’ve woken from them at about 12:30am. I don’t understand what this means? Is that normal? Has anyone experienced it?

I put a call into my OB-GYN office today and waiting for them to return my call. Just thought I would ask here instead worry myself with the internet.
