Glow wrong?

Okay so I’m getting frustrated! I’ve been taking metformin for about a month on the 23 of this month-it’s to help us get pregnant. So we have been baby making according to schedule and my app said my ovulation day was the 1st and my fertile week was the 26-2 so we were baby making every other day. Well after a few days it popped up on my screen that my fertility window was the 6 and it showed ovulation. When I checked the app itself nothing had changed for the 1st so I was confused. So fast forward to last Monday morning out of nowhere I woke up puking and I was nauseous all day and the days following. I took a test and it was negative 😓 so for the last 2 weeks I’ve had some back pain and cramps-great af came but no! I had a tiny amount of blood a few days ago but according to the app I’m 5 days late. Took a test this afternoon and negative 😓 I don’t know what’s going on but I’m getting upset we have been trying for 3 years and when I think it’s finally happening back at square one. What do I do? I called my dr and he said he doesn’t think it’s related to my medication and to try another test.
