They won’t let me pump....

Okay y’all I’m getting ready to go back to work and I am a FTM who is breastfeeding.

I went to talk to my work (I’m a server) and they will not provide me with a break to pump even though they are legally obligated.

I don’t know what to do. If I speak up against them they are infamous for just taking someone off the schedule until they quit (so they don’t have to do unemployment).

It’s a family owned company so they are HR. I can’t afford to not work until my boyfriend makes a little more an hour. There really aren’t a ton of jobs in my area that work with my college schedule so I need to keep it...
