Brownish discharge disappeared?

Anyone a whiz with CM/discharge in early pregnancy? From 4w3d- 4w6d I had some brown/old blood discharge and a tinge of red (with BM). On 4w3d and 5d my HCG doubled (only 20 to 40), but I haven’t had it checked again. By 5w1d (yesterday), I have no cramping, clear/whitish discharge, and am completely exhausted. Does this seem like things are on track? I’ve had three miscarriages (2 CP, one ectopic) so I’m super nervous! TIA!
