Breakup with no Sex

Me and my boyfriend never had sex but we want to so bad. We never have time or the place because we're so far away from each other because we're military. Lately we've been arguing because he hasn't been giving me enough attention. Is it because we never had sex and want to so bad? Is he getting it from someone else? Please I need advice. He also just stopped talking to me out of the blue and I just sent a message breaking things off. I really regret it but I was so hurt.
