Presents for a 2 and 3 year old boy?

I have 2 birthdays coming up next month one will be turning 2 and the other will be turning 3. What can I get my little nephews who have way too many toys and have heaps of clothes to fit them for the years to come? I'm thinking something educational but I'm a bit lost :/

Legos, blocks, books, crayons and coloring books, some sort of leap pad type thing..not educational but you could get an outside type toy if they enjoy playing outside

I just had my daughter's second birthday party and she received a card for build a bear workshop. I know that's technically a toy but I thought was neat since no one else got her that.  Maybe tickets for a zoo or aquarium if possible?

I say crafty projects, they have kits at craft stores for them to do with you or their parents. Inspires creativity and creates memories. My favorite things to give kids!
