Breastfeeding and not getting sleep at night
Mommies! Please help! I am breast feeding and my child is 1 week old today. I am barely getting any sleep at night, it almost like he has his days and nights mixed up already! Any tips for me on how to get a little more rest during the night?
Also, I’m considering pumping exclusively. I am only breastfeeding to save money. Is this a okay thing to do?
