Hey ladies that have gotten Methotrexate for ectopic need your in put/ experiences.....

Short version:

Found out I was pregnant for the first time at 37yrs old in February 11th, started light bleeding and cramps on the 13th....had ultrasound on the 19th....told my Hcg levels were going up as expected but I have an ectopic pregnancy 😢.

On the 19th I had 1 dose (2 shots due to height and weight) of Methotrexate. Follow up on the 22nd and had 2nd dose (2 more shots). Had another follow up appointment on the 26th levels are down to 195.

I have another follow up on the 5th this coming Tuesday.

But my questions to you all are:

1. How long did it take for your Hcg levels to go down?

2. How long did you bleed for? (I need to have sex lol 😊😊😊 I’m dying here!!!!). I have been bleeding since the 13th 😔😔.

3. How long after did it take to conceive? (If you have already)

Thanks ladies it’s been a hard journey which unfortunately had to end so very quick for me 😔😢. I appreciate all the replies and hear your stories about this.
