How do I get him on the ball??

me and my boyfriend just moved in together and we decided to try baby I already have a 2 year old from a previous relationship. I tell him when I'm ovulating and when I try to get things start he just goes to sleep he's been doing it for the past 3 months we hardly dtd as is. I didn't even tell him I was ovulating this month and I tried again and he told me he was wasn't in the mood and went to bed idk what to do I'm at the point of giving up. he hardly shows he's even interested in me these days and has no desire to have a kid
