please respond & tell me your opinion

last Wednesday me and DH bd'd and I had period like cramps after for about 45 mins. The next day I had slight pulling feeling in my right side (by my ovary) and alot of pressure when I would walk. well since then ive had slight weird feelings from like my lower part of my belly to my ovaries. no bleeding or anything just slight uncomfortable when I lay on my stomach to go to sleep its mainly my boobs that are sore is this good news or wishful thinking...
