Hey everyone! 
So the fiance and I have been TTC baby number one for over a year now.
And so far I haven't gotten pregnant once. 
But my question to all of you who HAVE conceived before is what worked for you?
Tips, tricks, techniques. Whatever you got to throw at me I wanna hear it!
We are 27 and 26 and don't have any issues that we are aware of; aside from we could stand to lose some weight. Fiance has conceived with an ex before but it resulted in miscarriage.

I had been tracking my cycles and we were starting down the road of fertility treatments, after a failed IUI followed by two months of acupuncture we took a break from ttc since I was scheduled to have hip surgery in may of 2017. We weren't preventing, but not trying like we were then, in April I got my bfp. I guess my advice would be, if you've done opks and know you ovulate then maybe stop tracking. The pressure/stress it can put on you can sometimes impact your ability to conceive.

What worked for us is:
*Ovulation tests
*Preseed fertility lubricant 
*Prenatal vitamins 
I was also taking myo inositol powder but I’m not sure to say It helped would be true. Because I stopped taking it a few weeks before ovulation. But anyway, what we did was we used preseed every time we had sex. And we had sex all days of the fertile window. I had been taking myo inositol and prenatal vitamins a few months prior to actually starting trying. We got pregnant our first cycle trying. I believe it mostly had to do with the preseed and not stressing over it.

Well I know you might have probably heard this before and before I fell pregnant I didn’t think it would make any difference but...We had been ttc for around 7 months and the month we conceived wasn’t a great month with lots of things going on and to be honest, ttc was the last thing on our minds! For the first time in months I wasn’t thinking intently about ovulation (even though I knew off by heart when it usually was by that point) and not making sure we did it at least a few times before etc....We had sex once about 4 days before ovulation and it was relaxed and natural and that was our month! Now I’m 27 weeks 4 days! 
I know it’s hard but try and take a step back and relax and that could be exactly what you need.
