Yeast Infection Treatment

Hey yall, so I'm pregnant and have been dealing with a lot of discharge, and now I have the symptoms of a yeast infection.

I was curious what products yall have used over the counter that worked, cause I'm not sure if there is a difference between Monistat 1 and Monistat 3 or the rest of the products I can buy to get rid of this and balance myself out again.
