Cats and pregnancy

I have three cats and I’m 18 w pregnant. My husband changes the litter but sometimes I am in the same room as the litter boxes but I’m not breathing it in. Also my cats like to cuddle with me and sleep on my bed and I just bought a pregnancy pillow and they sleep on that too. I was tested for toxmoplosmosis a few weeks ago and it was negative. Is this a concern to have cats? They are indoor only. Everything I read says it’s fine but who knows.
