5 weeks pregnant

Hello everyone, this is my second pregnancy and I’m a tad worried. I have suffered minor pains but more in the left side I’m worried incase the baby is not I’m my uterus, I have already booked a early scan to see what is happening and rang the midwife and she has put it down to settling pains, I have had no bleeding but my main question and worry is what if I go and the baby doesn’t have a heartbeat, would I pass it normally or would I have to have treatment. I think I’m worrying to much but looking for some advice ladies xx
