Miniature Tears?

My boyfriend is considerably bigger than me and sometimes we rush through foreplay and get straight to penetration, so I’m not always completely ready.

I’ve been on birth control and he’s recently finished in me, but I felt some stinging after and some discomfort. We’re both clean as we’ve both been checked and have only been with each other.

Could this be micro-tears in me that particularly sting after sex because semen is slightly acidic?
