Hurting😭😭

So I don’t really know what’s goin on but me and my bf have been dating for almost 3 years now and we used to have sex all the time. But recently we’ve taken a break from that. Sometimes though he still touches me. Don’t get me wrong I like it but sometimes afterwards it hurts. Like REALLY bad. It itches and burns and today is the first time we actually done anything in like 3-4 months. And this occurred even before we took a break. I need help. Should I see a gynecologist or something? HELP PLEASE!!!
