My 18 month old vegetarian
I have tried a bunch of different types of meat, some even covered in sauce. He doesn’t like the smell and won’t touch it. Sometimes he’ll put it in his mouth and spit it right back out. I have no problem with him being a vegetarian, temporarily or otherwise. What time do worry about though, is if he is getting everything he needs in his diet. What else can I feed him to supplement for his not eating meat?
