Fibroids

Hey everyone I just need some words of encouragement.

I been ttc for 6 years. I'm currently 31 days late but I'm not pregnant. Went to a fertility specialist who I was referred to. And found out that I have fibroids, fluid in my uterus and something might be wrong with one of my fallopian tubes. Have lots of testing to do and was prescribed some pills to force my cycle to come. Then we can proceed from there... I'm so sad but I know that God has a bigger plan...
