Don’t douche, because douching changes the pH balance of your vagina. In order to survive, sperm needs the alkaline acid levels to be balanced. Douching also flushes out cervical fluid, which is required for sperm to have an easier “swim” towards the uterus.Try to avoid using traditional lubricants. These can kill sperm and make conception more difficult, especially if your partner has a lower than average sperm count.
