Baby daddy issues..advice?

My baby daddy refuses to give me any money for our child. The most I ask him for is $100 like 3 times a month and every single time he makes up an excuse why he can’t. He’s threatened to make a false CPS report if I file for child support. His mom made one last year and after the visit the social worker stayed in contact with me and cleared my case pretty quickly. So I’m really afraid of a second case on me since I’m already in their system. Recently, I asked him to send me money to help with babysitting. As all you mommas know, it’s expensive and with me paying for rent, my daughters necessities, and everything else I’m slowly getting depressed with his absence. I got into a heated argument with him earlier this week because I was fed up with him and I can admit I approached incorrectly but I’m exhausted. Anyway, it ended with him claiming he’s no longer getting his tax return, the money he claimed to use to pay me & my mom back. He began acting shady when I asked for proof. The messages will be shown down below & after Monday he never contacted me again... until an hour ago he said he was coming to pick up my daughter tomorrow. He hasn’t seen her in two weeks hasn’t provided for her in MONTHS and now he doesn’t even ask but demands I have her ready tmrw for him?? What should I do because at this point I don’t think he deserves to be in her life until he starts acting like a dad. What do you guys think?
