Longer names for nn Ben or Benji

DH and I like the name Benji for a boy, but I’m worried it’s too short and cute-sy and perhaps he needs a longer, stronger name for when he’s older.

I like Benjamin but it’s too popular and I have a friend who’s son is named that/called Ben.

I’m looking for longer names for the nickname Benji. Even just names with “Ben” in them as his middle name could start with a J and I think the nn would be justified. It can be in the beginning (Bennet), end (Eben, Reuben), whatever!
