Should I go in or wait it out?

Went to dr yesterday my blood pressure was elevated 128/75 it’s usually like 116/68ish

I also had protein trace in my urine and bad head aches and pain near my rib that I thought baby was just in my rib but it keeps coming back.

Dr said if I experienced any symptoms causing pain or discomfort to call her right away & that she was worried that I looked super flushed and pale. I felt fine. Later that night my throat was so swollen, my whole body hurts, diarrhea, runny nose and I’m just overall miserable.

Tried going to urgent care thinking I have strep and they won’t see me since I’m due in 29 days, told me to go to labor&delivery.

I called the the on call dr at my ob’s office and he was like oh your blood pressure was elevated, hmm okay you can either wait it out and if it gets worse, come in. Or you can come right in and we’ll check you out and make sure you’re okay.

Would you go in? Hubby is out in 2 hours so he can stay with the kids while I go and if it’s anything my mother in law will watch them too. Just not sure if I should waste a trip going or if it’s something I should seriously be concerned about.
