Am I over thinking this??

Last week my MIL got drunk and came up to me and said that she loves me and that she didnt lose a son she gained a daughter and other stuff. My SIL is living with my husband and I, she said "I'm gonna go call mom" I said "tell her I said hey please" then she turns around and said "btw I thought my mom didnt mean what she said to you when she was drunk but when she said it again to you the next day sober, I was surprised" I felt some type of way. Like do yall talk about me? Was I not liked before?? I didnt say anything to my husband but its just eating me up.

Do yall think I'm overreacting???
