Any suggestions?

I had my son almost 8 years ago and I've tried to have another child for the past 7 years. When I was pregnant I had alot of complications and had to have an emergency c-section. Since my pregnancy I've had multiple ovarian cysts 1 of which had to be surgically removed in 2015. They get as big as a grapefruit according to the dr. Could this be the reason why I can't get pregnant? I've tried almost everything from keeping my butt up in the air for 15 minutes after sex to using the pre-seed lubricant but nothing has worked. I'm going to be 28 this month and I feel like I'm running out of time to have another baby. 😔
