Constipation, need help 😭

Sorry if this is tmi, last Tuesday I had to go to the hospital to get iron through a drip since my iron was really low and I had my last dose on that Tuesday just there and I’ve been really struggling with the toilet the last week because of it. Last Saturday I was almost crying because of the stomach pain so I bought some laxatives from the shops and had two that night and then had a super uncomfortable morning trying to pass everything. Even though it worked it didn’t help me with the toilet afterwards, it still felt difficult to push anything out and after my last dose on Tuesday I knew it would be even worse so I took another two pills last night and it was horrible this morning, I could feel it trying to pass but my body just wasn’t doing it and my stomach was in horrible pain the whole hour or so I was trying, I eventually managed to pass hopefully most of it but I just don’t want to deal with this anytime I need to go to the toilet. What do I do??
