Where does it come from?

I’ve had SOOO much bleeding (Lochia) since my emergency c-section two weeks ago. I’m trying to figure out where it is coming from? Is it discharging from my vagina or my urethra? I swear it seems like both.

The first week it was extremely heavy, bright red, and liquidy, then I was finding dark red clots on the pads. Now it’s mostly yellow/orange mucus with some red liquidy blood, and still quite heavy. Is there an end in sight? Maybe I’m just impatient. I also feel dumb because I didn’t know I’d have bleeding after a c-section 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
