Rash on toddlers face?

Last night my poor girl woke up with a bad fever, i gave her tylenol and noticed a small blotch on her thigh by her diaper but no where else so i assumed it was just irritated from her diaper. At 7am she woke up with another bad fever (no other cold symptoms except a slight runny nose) i just now noticed on both cheeks she has a dotty type rash. I tried my best to get good photos, they dont show how many there are or how dark they are but ill post them anyway. I am waiting for her dad to get off work at 5 to take her to the doctor. Could this be fifth disease?
