Temperature
FTM. My son is 26 days old today. He felt warm to me so I checked his temperature rectally and it's 100.0. Should I take him to the ER or monitor it to see if it gets to 100.4? It seems like 100 is pretty close to having a fever. I'm not sure if I should hold off or go sooner.
