I’m tired of being told this

Hi ladies not sure if this is the right group but I’m just here to rant , I’m a very thin girl I weight 100lbs and I’m 5’1 I’m so tired of people telling me “ eat a hamburger” or you would look better if I weighted more. I was at work and my coworker told me that I’m very pretty but would look better if I weighed more. How is this okay? I been bullied my whole life being thin. I’ve always been thin my whole life and trust me when I say I eat ALOT I eat ALOT . I just cannot gain weight. I am very happy with myself and how I look but when people tell that I can’t help but have a low self esteem. It’s not okay to tell a heavier person to “ eat a salad” or “ you’ll be pretty if you weighed less” so what makes people think you can say that out loud to someone thin. I’m so tired of it and can’t help but makes me so sad because it took me a lot to love myself after being bullied at school and can’t believe grown people still say this to people.
