What do you guys think this means ?

I’ve gone out twice with this really nice guy and he seems to have some interest since he’s texting me good morning and good night texts as well as questions about my days and how I’m doing and other stuff he’s kissed me both dates and I think that’s what makes the difference between a guy that wants a possible relationship or friendship! I noticed on the second date he was mentioning to move closer to my area and that he’s thinking of an offer his friend(female) Is willing to rent woth him for cheaper and that he won’t be able to spend much time anyway at the place cause of his work (he was saying that maybe he’ll do this in September) now I don’t know if that is a bad thing like red flag or if I should worry about it In case we get into a relationship! Also how will I know he’s for sure seeing me as a possible gf rather than friend
