Relationship/marriage after kids

Okay so my husband an I can’t be the only one who feel like just because you have kids your whole relationship shouldn’t change? My husband and I have 3 kids 11 8 and 7 weeks old and have been tougher almost 13 years. We still have a healthy sex life, shower together date nights hold hands ect . While obviously some aspects of life are bound to change with kids but we can’t be the only ones who still “date” each other? I only ask because I see so many women on here saying because of kids they don’t do this or that ect any more and I guess I didn’t realize that people allow their relationships to change so much after having kids . Not that there is anything wrong with that if it works for them I just know it wouldn’t work for us!
