I think my stepson has ADHD?

So we get my stepson every other month for two weeks at a time while his mom is going to college during the year. He is 3 my son is 2. When he’s here he is nonstop. Screaming, jumping, running. He cannot sit down and be calm at all. During meals he is standing in his seat, pounding in the table, growling, playing, turning backwards, etc. he can barely sit still for 3 minutes for quiet time ( movies, painting, etc) and it’s gotten to the point he is hounding my two year old and overwhelming him to the point he is trying to hide in my room to just lay down and watch a movie. I’ve been trying to get them out of the house as much as I can but for our 3 year old to get his energy out enough for him to sit for awhile we are exhausting the 2 year old to the point of exhaustion. And I have a 4 month old daughter too and i am losing it. He got the two year old to color on the wall yesterday. My two year old is a very quiet and well behaved child. He does need to get out and get energy out here and there which is understandable. But I have never dealt with this extreme amount of energy. And I am getting to the point I have no idea what to do to help him. Does this sound like adhd? I don’t know what to do to help him, any suggestions are welcome
