Venting about venting

I've almost always vented to myself when I'm pissed at people to spare feelings and words I'd regret later. Somehow or another it's like I'm the loudest, angriest person on the planet when I vent. I've tried keeping journals and blogging but someone always invades no matter how well hidden. People then begin to make these offhanded jokes about what's got me so pissed as if it's their business. If you're not gonna help me cope or teach me a more constructive way to vent then bite me. I don't wanna be loud. I want to be normal. Normal!! Do you understand, normal. I'm still paying for a vent session I had 4 years ago. People can really hold grudges and I can really vanish from their lives although at times I want to make them vanish indefinitely. I was reading a book and it said that a man will put up with just about anything for good oral sex, well I was saying to myself on the way to work over 4 years ago, "Damn my sister in law must give good head." She has cheated on my brother so many times that he nearly killed himself once and the condition of the house..well let's just say disgusting isn't even quite the word to describe it. Yes it is everyone's job to clean and when someone cleans up behind you you should take initiative. Each time things got organized she would cook and never wash a dish..dishes piled up and had gnats flies and maggots in them. My brother would clean up her used sanitary pads out of the bathroom after taking a bath alone. Clothes were piled and scattered from the living room to the back door. I don't mean in laundry baskets or washed and cleaned. Dog 💩 lined the carpet..I tried to clean I did brother tried to clean the kids even did what they could but she just acted like it was someone else's responsibility. Anytime you leave your pads for someone else to pick up, you send the idea that it's not my responsibility. She has been secretly pissed with me since that venting session if not prior to the and just hiding it well.
