Please help me!! ⚠️TMI WARNING⚠️

Tomorrow I am supposed to be a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. I really need to go see a doctor. I can’t get in today, but possibly tomorrow. I am passing large clots. I have awful cramps to the point that I can’t stand or walk. I do NOT want to bail on her last minute. Should I just suck it up and wait to see the doctor on Monday? Or do you think she would understand? I don’t want to be the worst friend. I’m afraid she will hate me forever if I don’t come to the wedding.
