birth control to start my period back up.

has anyone ever taken Medroxyprogesterone ? 😭 what effects does it have ?? i take this for 10 days and i also a ttc as well once 10 days is up is it ok for me to start? and hoping it dont make me gain weight cus im trying to loose weight

update- few min after posting this came to the bathroom and see this... soooo weird my period is 127 days latee.. and thats why i went to the doctors and they gave me them pills but im confused....... does this look like a start of a period??
