Pupp rash? 😟

Its getting worst by day since around 20weeks 😭 now it is all over my thigh, belly and arms and my BUTT hais cant sleep for weeks due to how bad the itch become and fresh wounds everyday from accidentally scratching the scabs. I’m 33 weeks now ☹️

Girl. Get on amazon and buy grandpas pine tar soap. Use it twice a day. And then also use basically every moisturizing thing you can find. Coconut oil with tea tree oil. Shea butter lotion. Aquaphor. Take Benadryl. 
I had to do all of that twice a day but mine has gotten sooooo much better. I don’t know how you’ve made it this long. I was ready to scratch right through my skin the first few days. 
And my itching starts to come back if I get lazy and start skipping this stuff.

I got this rash with my son right before I delivered.. I remember calling after hours doctor and  nothing but anti itch cream can be given. It didnt end till I had my son..
