Ugh nausea will kill me

Barely 4 weeks and 2 days- this is my third pregnancy but I miscarried the first 2. But I’m barely 4 weeks and 2 days and this time around OMG! Literally nonstop nauseous for the last week, vomit full force after every meal, sleep ugh so so so tired! This weekend I’ve only woken up to eat, vomit and then go back to bed, and have a low grade fever off and on for the last week. Needless to say if I am blessed to carry this baby to term it’s going to be a really hard first trimester 😢😫
