Rash or something to worry about??

My little one is 6 weeks old today (yayyy!!) but I noticed a few days ago these little bumps pop up on her face & I just thought Okai maybe it’s pimples so I showed my mom & she said it’s just a rash don’t worry about it. But then today i saw this on her chest & it’s the same as what is on her face. We didn’t change soap, lotion or laundry detergent. I’m not sure if I should take her to the doctor or not.. normally I wouldn’t hesitate to take her but she doesn’t have health insurance yet (I know, we’re working on it as fast as we can!) & if it is something wrong I don’t have the money to pay for it. Just to get it checked out is $108. She has an appointment April 1st so should I just wait until then? It doesn’t seem to be bothering her at all she doesn’t have a fever or anything like that. Does it look like something I should be worrying about?
