Should I take my son in?

My son is notorious for getting sick on the weekends. It never fails. Last week I took him into urgent care because we have Tricare Prime and of course his doctor is booked until April 2nd. At this point my son had diarrhea for a week straight. So we cut out milk because they thought he was lactose intolerant. This was last week. Well last night he starts coughing when I put him to bed and I notice a runny nose. I give him some meds hoping it will help but an hour later he’s coughing terribly and crying. It sounds terrible. I go get him and he’s full of yellowish snot and just looks terrible. So I put him in my bed. We sleep for an hour and he wakes up with a fever of 100. I give him meds for the fever and we sit up in bed for a bit. He falls asleep again but only to wake up crying and coughing terribly. Should I take him in or wait it out? I gave him Tylenol last at 3-4am and it’s not even 8 so I’m sure it will be wearing off soon. He doesn’t feel warm. He’s playing right now and refuses to eat so he seems normal. I’m just worried it will get worse and we will lose another night of sleep and I’m his sole care taker at the moment and 35 weeks pregnant. I’m just exhausted as well as he is. He’s 22 months as well. Seems to be drinking enough water.
