Live normally unless you have a drinking problem and smoke. If you feel you are over weight, losing some will help. Eat normally. Once you become pregnant your body will tell you what your hungry for etc and cravings sometimes come too! With my first I lived in everything citrus! And with my daughter it was all CANDY! And I enjoyed every minute of it! After I had them my body readjusted and no longer craved those items. 😊 Good luck!

The only thing I changed is less caffeine in my diet and I took folic acid.

I’ve been eating healthily and exercising more often but mainly because it gives me something else to focus on rather than constantly thinking about trying to conceive. Definitely don’t stress over it though.
