Lady’s should I speak to my fiancé

So today my fiancé mom called and said for us to go see baby furniture. I honestly had not asked her for anything . I was planning on getting whatever I did not get @ the shower on my own . So we get to the store walk in her cell phone rings & I guess someone called and ask were she was @ she walked away and said we came to see things for the baby ! And I was looking @ halo bassinet & some other things when she says don’t spend money on that the baby leave it quick so I’m like she’s right . So I keep walking behind her and I here her say I’m not getting them anything more than 100$ she isn’t my daughter she has her own family who’s going to buy her what she needs I felt so offended I honestly . I never asked her for anything my family is covering most of the bigs things & for her to say that really pissed me off so I kept walking I have set my mind on the MAXI COSI stroller all in black it’s running 399

So there was a evenflo one and she was like why spend 399 when you can spend 279 and get something similar I was like because I’ve done my research & that’s the one me & fiancé have set our minds on. & she’s like you guys are going based of what’s trendy no that’s what I want I was ready to go off . 🙄🙄 so now I’m home and wondering if I should speak to my fiancé and let him know what his mom said & maybe ask her not to get me anything because honestly I don’t want her to feel obligated . I just needed to vent . Should I let it go or bring it up .
