Hcg levels

My level on 3-20where 200.

Then I had a blood draw on 3-22 and I just got a call back and my doctor said they are 375. I'm having another lab done tomorrow, so I'm hoping they raise even more. She also told me she wants me to try progesterone suppositories? I have no idea what those are, but she said she's have other patients take them who've had two or more miscarriages like me, and have had a successful pregnancy.so my question is, first, in your opinion do you think that's a good raise in hcg? And what are progesterone suppositories.
