Pcos or polyps - ultrasound

About a year ago I had a miscarriage and during the ultrasound to confirm that there was some swelling found on one of my ovaries. After another ultrasound i was told there was something there & that I possibly had polyps but that I should wait to see if they go away on their own because my body was still healing.

Life caught up to me & I never got a follow up ultrasound.

Since then,

•My periods have been completely irregular

•The majority of them were HEAVY and painful

•I missed 2 periods

•Acne has flared up & weight gain

•Sex has been uncomfortable & painful at times

•it has currently been 2 months since my last period (last period was on Jan 10th)

And all pregnancy tests have been negative

I am having an ultrasound today.

I'm nervous to find out what is going on in there. I'm scared about what it could be. All I've ever wanted since as early as I can remember is to be pregnant and have a baby of my own, being a mother is my dream.

I had surgery 2 years ago on my breast and it went fine but I hated the experience and became depressed - have been since, so the thought that I may have to have surgery done again really sucks.

I'll post an update after my appointment today.
