Sex advice??

So my and my finance have been together for almost 2 years.. I'm 19 weeks and 5 days pregnant.. I feel like our sex life is repetitive and getting kind of boring.. I'm very shy in bed. I really want to over come that what are some things I can go to but be so shy? I also am not very good a blow jobs, what are some tips to help me better with that? ( I'm used to dating girls) lol.. he keeps asking me to wear lingerie I keep thinking about it to suprised him but not sure what to get. Anyone have any advice for me?😊 thank you in advance!!
