HELP!!!

So my boyfriend and I have been best friends since we were born lol. We are 16 rn and started dating in December. He is moving to New Hampshire for 6 months (leaving in August). Should I stay with him and just be lonely for a half a year or break up with him? I know when he goes, he is going to be busy and not be able to talk a lot. Neither of us can drive right now so if I wanted to see him, my parents would have to drive an hour and a half to get there. Please give your opinion, I'm really conflicted on what to do.
