california achievement test

i’m homeschooled, finishing 10th grade in a couple months. this is my first year homeschooling and my mom has chosen for me to do the CAT at the end of the year which will determine whether or not new york state “accepts” my passing grades so i can move onto junior year. i’m a really good student and luckily a great test taker, i know this is subjective but for people who have taken it, was it easier or harder than your actual classes or about the same? are there any practice tests online that i don’t have to pay for? i want to be fully prepared.
