ADHD help

Hi so i’m 19 and a college student. i have severe ADHD and have tried natural remedies for years but decided to go back on the medication because i’m struggling. i read that i cant drink alcohol if i take the pill. OR smoke marijuana. does anyone know if i take the pill in the morning then drink at night if i’d be fine? or if i just skip it all together. and anyone know anything about marijuana and ADHD meds? I smoke every night before bed because the helps with my insomnia
